College Planning with Purpose — and Proven Results

At Trinity, college planning is more than a checklist—it is a guided journey rooted in faith, purpose, and personal attention. We understand that the college application process can feel overwhelming for families. That is why our low student-to-counselor ratio allows us to provide exceptional, individualized support to every student.

The results speak to the strength of this partnership. Trinity students achieve a 98% college acceptance rate, with 90% attending four-year colleges and universities. The Class of 2025 earned over $17.3 million in scholarship awards, a testament to both their dedication and the preparation they receive.

Our counselors begin working with students as early as freshman year, helping them discover their God-given gifts and ensuring they are academically, socially, and spiritually prepared for the next chapter of their lives. Through thoughtful planning and intentional discernment, students are guided toward colleges and universities where they can grow, serve, and thrive.

Students are equipped for success through a rigorous academic curriculum that includes 10 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and 13 Dual Enrollment/Early College Credit courses, providing opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school.

Trinity graduates have been accepted to a wide range of distinguished institutions, including Dartmouth College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Boston College, the United States Naval Academy, the University of New Hampshire, Southern New Hampshire University, and Saint Anselm College, among many others.

Throughout all four years, Trinity offers ongoing workshops, resources, and personalized guidance for both students and parents. This partnership between home and school strengthens the entire college planning experience. Grounded in our Catholic mission, we walk alongside families every step of the way—so parents are never alone, and students move forward with confidence, integrity, and faith.

Student support extends beyond the college counseling office. Our committed faculty, attentive counselors, academic coaching program, and dedicated administration work together to ensure every student is known, supported, and challenged.

At Trinity, success becomes the norm because students learn and grow in an atmosphere of encouragement, accountability, and unwavering support.

Apprenticeship Partnerships

ApprenticeshipNH is a workforce development initiative run by the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) that builds Registered Apprenticeship and Pre-Apprenticeship programs in high-demand industries across the state. It helps connect learners of all ages — including high school students — with employers and career pathways where they can earn while they learn.

The Southern Hub serves the southern New Hampshire region, focusing on sectors like healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, IT, construction, logistics, and education. It is centered around Manchester Community College and Nashua Community College, offering hundreds of active apprenticeships and partnerships with local businesses.

 High School Partnerships

Trinity High School is one of the high schools officially partnered with ApprenticeshipNH’s High School Program in the Southern Hub region. This means students from Trinity High School can potentially participate in apprenticeship pathways while still in high school — gaining real work experience, industry-recognized credentials, and possible college credit before graduation.

 What This Means for Students

Students connected to the ApprenticeshipNH High School Program can:

  • Get hands-on training with employers in their field of interest.
  • Earn wages while learning on the job.
  • Potentially earn college credit or credentials before graduating from high school.
  • Begin a career pathway aligned with real workforce demands.
