Guidance Administrative Assistant: 

Trinity High School is seeking a personable and dynamic individual to be our next Guidance Administrative Assistant. Interested applicants should be highly motivated people who can bring enthusiasm, people skills, and organization to the role.  The primary responsibilities of the administrative assistant are performing specialized and responsible clerical and technical tasks related to the maintenance of student records and files, as well as related duties as required in the activities of the Guidance Department and maintaining an automated student information system.

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant supports the operations of the Guidance Department with a primary focus on student information system updates. Duties include appointment scheduling, registration, data entry, and updating the Student Information System - Responsible for keeping academic records and corresponding with students and parents. Assist the Guidance Department with operational/clerical tasks as directed by the Head of Academics and the Guidance Team.

Science Teacher

Trinity High School, is seeking a qualified dynamic science teacher for the 2024 - 2025 school year. The ideal candidate must embrace Trinity’s mission and Catholic identity and would be asked to become a vital part of the school community as well as the science department.

Teaching responsibilities could include a combination of chemistry, biology, and/or physics along with their appropriate labs. All Trinity teachers are expected to be comfortable using technology as Trinity is a one-to-one school implementing Google Classroom and the FACTS management system. All candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and the credentials to be certified to teach science in New Hampshire.
